Purchasing and Renting a DVD:

 

Charges:

The MOVIE CASE will charge customers the fees displayed on the Shopping Cart screen for the initial rental period or purchase indicated.   A Late Fee is also indicated on the Shopping Cart next to the rental price.  You will be charged a Late Fee for each additional period or fraction thereof after the original due date. Movie Case will not charge you accrued fees above the maximum charges below:

The maximum late fee charge for a DVD title is $30.00 plus applicable state and local taxes.

 

Age Requirements:

By purchasing or renting a DVD through this automated rental kiosk, you positively assert that you are at least 18 years of age or older and that the credit card you are using is legally issued to you.  If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this automated kiosk only with the supervision or permission of a parent or guardian.  We reserve the right to refuse to allow any customer to use this automated kiosk for any reason.

 

Damaged DVDs:

Please handle all DVDs with care and DO NOT REMOVE the sticker at the center of the DVD.  The Movie Case reserves the right to assess additional fees in the event a DVD is returned damaged or the sticker is tampered with or removed.

 

Credit Card Policy:

The Movie Case has access to certain personal information when you use a credit card through this kiosk.  Movie Case respects your privacy and will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you or your credit card.
