Since the cases are no longer transparent, please ensure the movie is in the case before you attempt your return. Also, please do not leave the kiosk until the return has been complete. The kiosk will detect a missing movie, deny the return and feed the case back out. Late fees will continue to add up until the acutal movie is returned. Please make sure the case is properly closed by making a "click" sound on both sides of the case. An improperly closed case can prevent the DVD to be dispensed to the next customer.
